Our wooden family Trees are a stunning way to celebrate each and every unique family. With so much choice of backgrounds and frames, you are sure to find the perfect combination for your gift. Family trees are as unique as the family themselves.

Each tree is laser cut from a high quality mdf wood and placed on a background colour of your choice. Each wooden heart is handwritten by us here at Little Gems and delicately placed in order of family members.

There are three choices of frame which will make it easy to suit any décor. ‘Little gems’ are then delicately placed within the branches and leaves to give your beautiful tree its gorgeous finishing touch. These family trees come in two sizes of frame depending on the amount of hearts you require. Our sizes are 28x30cms and 40x40cms. Once you have chosen your size and frame colour, you can then choose your background.

Choose from one of our options in the pictures or you can message us with a colour and we will do our best to meet your needs. These family trees are simply stunning displayed or hung in any room and make the gift for absolutely any occasion. After your Order

After placing your order, it is important we can communicate with you before postage. This allows you to see the frame we have designed for you with the customisation from your order.. Our wooden family tree frames have a lot of hearts with family members on them. It’s also important to ensure we get these exactly where you would like them as we know this is important to you.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting/making  if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

Little Gems Online will aim to get your gift delivered within 10 working days of the design being approved. Delivery time will be determined on how long it takes to communicate with yourself after your order is placed. Hopefully you will understand its better we don’t rush a personalised item as we all want it to be perfect.

PLEASE NOTE: Little Gems Online is not responsible for customers adding partial, incorrect addresses or postcodes. Please ensure ALL details are checked and correct prior to submitting your order. This will save any delay with receiving your order. If your order is delayed or undelivered, Little Gems Online are not responsible for a refund or exchange as we have followed the customers instructions on the order.

Shipping Timelines outside of the UK.

We aim to make your order as soon as possible and send a layout for you to confirm prior to posting. At the checkout, a choice will be given for the service you require your order to be shipped via Royal Mail. Please be aware that this can and sometimes will take longer due to Brexit, coronavirus isolation periods and customs delays. Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to guarantee delivery within the estimated delivery time. We are unable to give you a time frame as all countries are different at the moment. Custom charges are also sometimes applicable within some of these countries. We are currently aware of Ireland, Portugal and Cyprus being the main ones.

Little Gems Online does not take responsibility for these delays as we do everything in our power to get orders done as soon as possible and in plenty of time of their delivery dates. We do however want to be as transparent as possible before you make your purchase.
