Ordered a family tree as part of my Mums 75th Birthday present, absolutely over the moon with both the product and the superb customer service. The picture is of fantastic quality & a very high standard of work, it's very clear to see a lot of time & effort has gone into producing such a lovely gift. We had left it a bit late deciding what we wanted to purchase for a present, but after leaving a message on the initial order, regarding this, the communication & turnaround time was excellent. The finished item arrived very quickly & in superb packaging, along with a lovely "thank you for your order" card. A massive thank you & big praise for a job done very well. Hope to use you again. Regards A VERY happy customer.

Email correspondence throughout to both keep me updated on order status and a photo to double check the finished item which was perfect. Delivered sooner than expected. Overall 5 stars. Many thanks.
