Our Personalised family tree frames are a great way to show off your beautiful design allows you to have up to 5 personalised hearts and your family name. Each heart is handwritten by ourselves at Little Gems. Printed on a gorgeous linen card to give an added luxurious look to your design. These 11×14 inch frames come in a choice of black, white or wooden frame to suit any décor. Perfect for birthdays, wedding gifts, Christmas or anniversaries.

All our gifts can be personalised just for you. We have many variations of family tree designs on our website but it’s not unusual for us to get custom orders where people want to take different aspects from different designs. After your Order

After placing an order for a personalised gift, we will send you a message via email (or Facebook if we are already talking) to confirm the design. Before postage we will send you images of the finished product to ensure it is just as you requested. We find this the best way possible to provide our customers with exactly what they are looking for.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

Due to the personalised aspects of our family tree frame, please allow us 14 days to get the product designed, approved by yourself and then posted out to you. If the design stage is relatively simple and we can communicate with you quickly this time can be reduced so please contact us if you will need the gift quickly and we will see what we can do.

Please note: During extremely busy periods we are unable to send email layouts and  will send your order out as soon as it has been made to save any delay waiting for confirmation.
