After your Order

After ordering your gift we would like to be able to communicate with you to ensure the gift is perfect. Unless we are already talking via Facebook we will send you an email to ensure we have received all the design specifications and then send you images before we post out your gift.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

Once we have agreed the product design with yourself we will post your gift. We offer free uk delivery on all our gifts but please leave 5 days from the time we send you pictures of your finished heart shaped family tree.

Please note: During extremely busy periods we are unable to send email layouts and  will send your order out as soon as it has been made to save any delay waiting for confirmation.
