Set on a gorgeous pencil style drawn tree, printed on our luxury linen card to add a touch of elegance to your design.
Each heart is handwritten by us here at Little Gems to make your tree truly unique. These frames are a 10×8 inch wooden frame in a shabby chic style and look gorgeous either hung up or displayed. Making perfect gifts for any family home.

We also provide a heart delivery service if you have additional members of the family in the future. For a small fee (to cover postage) we will hand write you a new heart that can be added later. Perfect for when you have a baby or maybe even a puppy.

We want to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and have a range offamily tree frames that you can choose from. If you can’t find what you are looking for on our website, please feel free to contact us as we would be happy to work with you to design the perfect gift.

After your Order

After ordering your shabby chic family tree it would be great to talk to you about the design. If you are on Facebook, you can visit our page and send us a message. If not, we will email you with some pictures of our initial design to ensure everything is perfect before we post.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

We obviously aim to get all our gifts posted as soon as possible. As our gifts are all personalised we do need to ensure we take the time before delivery to ensure it is exactly how you expect it to be. After the design of your shabby chic family tree has been finalised we will have your gift with you within 10 working days.

Please note: During extremely busy periods we are unable to send email layouts and  will send your order out as soon as it has been made to save any delay waiting for confirmation.
