With up to 5 hearts to personalise this unique tree and family name on your design, this gift is perfect as a birthday, Christmas or anniversary gift. Each 11×14 inch frame comes in a choice of black white or wooden frame, giving you the freedom to choose a frame that suits any décor. Each heart is handwritten by us at Little Gems, decorated with ‘little gems’ to give your design that extra special touch. Your design is printed on a gorgeous linen card to give it a truly elegant finish.

After your Order

After placing your order its important we can communicate with you to ensure you gift is perfect. Before the design we can clarify any customisation’s and then send you pictures before postage to ensure everything is perfect.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

Little Gems aim to get all of our gifts delivered within 10 working days. To speed up your order, you can contact us via a Facebook or email. We can then send you images of your gift and make any amendments as needed. If you don’t have either of these platforms we will send you an email to start communications. Please ensure you reply as soon as possible to ensure delivery isn’t delayed.

This will save any delay with receiving your order. If your order is delayed or undelivered, Little Gems Online are not responsible for a refund or exchange as we have followed the customers instructions on the order.
