Delivery

Every order we receive at Little Gems Online will be designed on the same day. We will aim to deliver your gift as soon as possible. To ensure this is achievable it would be great to be able to communicate with you throughout. This will allow us to send you images of your unique family tree to ensure it is perfect. It also allows you to make any final tweaks before we post the item out to you.

Please allow 5 days for delivery after we have designed the gift with you. If you need the gift in a hurry, please let us know in advance and we can help you out as best we can.
