Customise your gift with a personal message  to brighten someones day. If you would prefer a different colour ribbon, please contact us and we will do all that we can to help you.

After your Ordering your gift

After ordering it is important we can communicate with you, to ensure you are completely happy with your gift. We will send you images via email of your design before postage to ensure you receive exactly what you had in mind. After we have received confirmation that you are happy with the layout, we will get it posted out to you.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.
