Our beautiful made to order heart shaped family tree frames are the perfect way to celebrate your unique family.

Set in a large 40x40cm frame with a choice of black, white or wooden frame and your colour choice of background, these gorgeous gifts are perfect for any occasion.

These beautiful trees can hold up to 25 hearts depending on the layout and size required. Each heart is handwritten by us here at Little Gems Online and delicately placed on the tree. ‘Little gems’ are added around the branches to give it an extra sparkle and a beautiful finishing touch to your order.

These are truly unique to each family and look gorgeous displayed in any home.

After your Order

After ordering it is important we can communicate with you, to ensure you are completely happy with your gift. We will send you images of your design before postage to ensure you receive exactly what you had in mind.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Delivery

Little gems aim to get all of our Gifts delivered within 14 days. To speed up your order, you can contact us via a Facebook or WhatsApp message. We can then send you images of your gift and make any tweaks as needed. If you don’t have either of these platforms we will send you an email to start communications. Please ensure you reply as soon as possible to ensure delivery isn’t delayed.
