Each key ring comes gift boxed with personal messages that can be added to add that personal touch to your gift giving. If you would prefer a different coloured ribbon than the colour pictured, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help you.

After your Ordering your frame

After ordering it is important we can communicate with you, to ensure you are completely happy with your gift. We will send you images via email of your design before postage to ensure you receive exactly what you had in mind. After we have received confirmation that you are happy with the layout, we will get it posted out to you.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.
