This gives you the opportunity to confirm that all is as you like it or add any additional requests you have for a small fee. We always want to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their presents.

If at any point you change your mind with regards to personalisation, please contact us immediately as this will save time on delivery and our team members having to remake your order. Costs will be incurred for reprinting if Little Gems Online have not been made aware of any changes that are required after ordering.

Once we have agreed the product design with yourself, we will post your grandchildren family tree. We offer free uk delivery on all our gifts but please leave 5 days from the time we send you pictures of your finished heart shaped family tree. We endeavour to have all UK orders delivered within 10 days, but this might take longer during busy periods or if you’ve not yet confirmed your final design. Delivery to other countries will take longer, so keep that in mind and order in good time.

Little Gems aim to get all of our gifts delivered within 10 days. To speed up your order, you can contact us via a Facebook or WhatsApp message. We can then send you images of your gift and make any amendments as needed. If you don’t have either of these platforms we will send you an email to start communications. Please ensure you reply as soon as possible to ensure delivery isn’t delayed.
